Blue Bottle Coffee is looking for a talented and passionate Supply Chain Associate (6-month Contract) to join our Blue Bottle Korea team. As the Supply Chain Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, and elevating Blue Bottle’s ability to share delicious coffee experiences with more guests nationwide. This is a highly integrated and connected position and will require your collaborative skills to ensure success with stakeholders across our Cafe, E-commerce, and CPG channels.
This position will be based in Seoul, Korea, and report to the Supply Chain Manager of Korea.
You will
- Collect orders from each sales channel and upload them to the 3PL system.
Input collected orders into the system and verify the accuracy between system data and actual shipments - Collect orders for recurring cafe channel purchases and process fulfillment
- Collect ad-hoc and spot purchase requisitions across all channels and process purchases.
- Arrange freight transport for non-routine shipments, including ad hoc dispatches

- A team player who prioritizes organizational success, fosters a collaborative work environment, and is an effective communicator across functions and regions.
You have
- 0-1 year(s) of experience in supply chain management with professional knowledge of order management.
- Experience in FMCG or retail industry is highly preferred
- A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel / Google Spreadsheet skill
- A love for delicious coffee, food, and care for an exceptional guest experience
